I am trained and certified in multiple modalities, which include Reiki, Shamanism, and Yoga. The individual needs of my client will determine our session. One person may want to focus on emotional healing, while another may have physical ailments. Each session is unique to each individual.
I specialize in Energy Retrievals, calling back parts of yourself to become whole again. This often happens during any type of trauma, big or small, when parts of your energy or soul become fragmented and we lose parts of ourself.
I also dive deep into shadow work. Shadow work in terms of limiting beliefs, thought patterns, and the things we have a hard time embracing about ourselves. There is potent medicine in our shadows. We can’t have light without the dark. It’s what makes us whole.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique originating from Japan, by Mikao Usui. It is a complementary form of care and a natural approach to assist in the body’s healing. Its gentle hands-on approach promotes stress-reduction, relaxation, and overall well-being. Reiki translates into Universal spiritual energy. Although it is not a religion, it is spiritual in nature. This holistic system of care helps to balance, heal and harmonize all aspects of ourselves - body, mind and spirit.
An option for those who live abroad, are traveling or unable to have an in-person session.
What to expect?
Each session varies slightly depending on your particular needs. We will begin with a short consultation, followed by an aura cleanse. Then it is time for you to lay on my table where I focus on your particular energetic needs. I incorporate Reiki, Shamanic journeying, sound and crystal healing. We end with a discussion of the intuitive guidance I receive and anything that came up for you during our energy work. All you have to do is be open to receive.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing, shoes will be removed before getting on the table.
Where do we meet?
Clients meet in my home or for a small fee I will drive to your home. Options also include meeting in an outdoor setting, ie. a park.
